PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
I’ll teach you the ins and outs of the game.
The 4 aspects: Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Psycho-Social.
I offer Personal Training Sessions year-round for clients of any age and experience level, emphasis on elementary and Middle school age players, high school players welcome too.
It’s a great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance, with measurable improvements during each session.
Class is for 1 or 2 players maximum.
